Sensory neuropathy from vitamin B6 toxicity was recognized since 1983. The lowest dose has been reported was 50 mg/day. High intakes of vitamin B6 from food and herb have not been reported to cause adverse effects. Turmeric is a herb that very rich source of pyridoxine.
